All newly admitted students to our college (First Stage) must submit the following documents in order to complete the registration process:<\/span><\/p>\n

    Original High School Certificate<\/strong> + 3 color photocopies<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  2. \n

    Original Medical Examination Report<\/strong> + 1 color photocopy<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  3. \n

    Civil Status ID or Unified National ID<\/strong> (front and back on the same page) \u2014 3 color copies<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  4. \n

    Nationality Certificate<\/strong> \u2014 2 color copies<\/strong><\/span>
    (not required if the Unified National ID is provided)<\/em>.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  5. \n

    Residence Card<\/strong> (front and back on the same page) \u2014 1 color copy<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  6. \n

    Parents\u2019 Civil Status ID and Nationality Certificate<\/strong> or Unified National ID<\/strong> (father and mother, front and back on the same page) \u2014 1 color copy<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  7. \n

    Eight (8) recent personal photos<\/strong> with a white background.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  8. \n

    Student School ID Card<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  9. \n

    Death certificate of the father<\/strong>, if applicable.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  10. \n

    A CD (compact disc)<\/strong> containing all the above documents (except the school ID card).<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  11. \n

    Payment receipt<\/strong> from the college Accounts Division confirming the completion of registration fees.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
