Citizens Affairs Unit<\/strong><\/h4>\n

It is an administrative unit linked to the dean\u2019s office that deals with citizens \u2019affairs in receiving their requests and suggestions and everything related to their affairs and adopts cooperation between all citizens and the college deanship.<\/h4>\n

Unit objectives:<\/strong><\/h4>\n
    \n
  • \n

    Representing the interface of the college and the college’s dean regarding citizens’ affairs.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n

    Providing the best facilities and services to citizens, as the unit is concerned with citizens\u2019 affairs and demands.<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n

    Communication with the state institutions in general.<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n

    It is considered as a civilized state in civilized societies and institutions.<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The manner of unit work<\/strong>:<\/h4>\n
      \n
    • \n

      The Citizens Affairs Unit takes upon itself the task of communicating between the citizen and the various departments, divisions and units of the college, in an effort to overcome the difficulties that he may face during his college review.<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n
    • \n

      Receiving the citizen, listening to him, and directing him to the right destination to review the concerned department, or receive his request or complaint to express the opinion and prepare a form to be presented to the dean of the college.<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n
    • \n

      Direct supervision and organization of interviews with the dean of college.<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n
    • \n

      Inform the citizen about the action taken in connection with his request or complaint by phone, email, or refer to the citizen\u2019s affairs to the unit.<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n
    • \n

      The response of the Citizens department at the university about the books referred to our college, and a statement of opinion about it.<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n
    • \n

      Unit receives the citizens \u2019requests via the e-mail and answers their requests, either by referring them to the competent authority or submitting them to the official’s in charge.<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n
    • \n

      Publish the action taken regarding citizens’ requests on the Citizens Affairs Unit e-mail.<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n
    • \n

      Answer the clients \u2019inquiries as far as the matter is related to the college and its departments<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      How submit a request:<\/strong><\/h4>\n
        \n
      • \n

        Writing the request in a clear, specific and understandable manner, taking into account the determination of the subject matter and address of the request<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n
      • \n

        Writing the full name and place of work, your phone number and e-mail so that we can answer it<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n
      • \n

        Contact is made through the unit\u2019s phone numbers and during the official working hours<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n
      • \n

        Requests not bearing the explicit name and phone number are ignored<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
