In response to a gracious invitation from the College of Pharmacy at the University of Bilad Al-Rafidain, Professor Dr. Sarmed H. Kathem Alkhateeb, Dean of the College of Pharmacy, attended the Fifth-Year Graduation Research Conference held on Sunday, April 13, 2025. Upon his arrival, Dr. Alkhateeb was warmly received by the university president, Prof. Dr. Rasha Khalil Abd, and the dean of the College of Pharmacy, Asst. Prof. Dr. Haider Abdul-Hafez. He reviewed and discussed the students\u2019 graduation research projects, expressing his appreciation for the scientific quality and the balance between theoretical and practical topics presented. On the sidelines of the conference, Dr. Alkhateeb toured the college\u2019s laboratories and lecture halls, during which discussions were held on various topics aimed at enhancing the academic experience for the students of the college.It is worth noting that graduation research projects aim to train students in collaborative problem-solving within their field of specialization, promote a culture of scientific research, and emphasize its role in building both individuals and communities. These projects also encourage creativity and innovation by supporting student-led initiatives and reinforcing the practical aspects of specialized academic subjects. Organizing such conferences fosters a spirit of academic competition and excellence, which positively contributes to the development of students\u2019 professional identity and prepares them to become highly skilled and competent pharmacists\u2014an essential objective of pharmaceutical academic education.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
