Under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Pharmacy, Prof. Dr. Sarmed H. Kadhem Al-Khateeb, the Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation Unit at the College of Pharmacy, University of Baghdad, organized an in-person workshop entitled \u201cClarification of the Mechanism for Performance Evaluation Forms for the Academic Year 2024\u20132025\u201d, delivered by Assistant Professor Kawther Khalid Ahmed, a faculty member in the\u00a0 Pharmaceutics Department and Head of the Quality Assurance Division at the College.<\/span><\/p>\n

The aim of the workshop was to explain the components of the performance evaluation forms and their impact on the efficiency and distinction of academic staff and employees.<\/span><\/p>\n

The workshop covered several topics, including performance evaluation regulations, the updated approved forms, and clarifications regarding notifications issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research related to the scientific research component.<\/span><\/p>\n

The workshop concluded by emphasizing the importance of diversifying the academic output and professional activities of faculty and staff, which contributes to supporting the educational process and aligns with the Ministry\u2019s strategy.<\/span><\/p>\n
