Kathem Alkhateeb, the University Psychological Counseling Unit at the University of Baghdad\/College of Pharmacy, held an awareness workshop entitled \u201cMental Health: Our Path to Balance and Happiness,\u201d\u00a0 delivered by Assistant Lecturer Iman Sattar Razzaq, a member of the University Psychological Counseling Unit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 19px;\">The workshop aimed to introduce the concept and importance of mental health as a fundamental pillar of physical well-being, focusing on indicators of psychological disorders, the factors affecting mental health and methods for its promotion.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 19px;\">The workshop included interactive discussions on major psychological challenges in Iraqi and Arab societies and reviewed results from a mental health survey among faculty and staff.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 19px;\">The workshop concluded that while many individuals can cope with daily stress, seeking professional help is essential when needed, emphasizing the importance of raising awareness about mental health issues such as anxiety and depression caused by everyday pressures.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 19px;\">The College of Pharmacy\u2019s Dean reaffirms its continuous support for such workshops and awareness activities that contribute to promoting mental health and fostering a positive academic environment among the college\u2019s staff and students.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column]<div id=\"cz_36086\" class=\"cz_grid_p cz_36086\"><div
