The University of Baghdad’s College of Pharmacy planned an educational visit to the Diabetes and Endocrinology Center at Al-Kindi Teaching Hospital for a group of fourth-stage students – PharmD under the supervision of a number of Clinical Pharmacy Department professors. The visit entails determining the primary role of physicians in this center and the types of services provided to patients. It also included a tour of the center’s pharmacy to view the pharmacist’s job and function in this center. A number of students also participated in an awareness-raising process for a number of patients, including teaching them how to utilize insulin injections properly. The visit took place on Wednesday, December 28, 2022, and was overseen by the professors. In the Clinical Pharmacy Department.<\/span><\/p>\n
