under the supervision of the respected Dr. Sarmad Hashem Al-Khatib, Assistant Professor and Dean of the College of Pharmacy. The Continuing Education Unit held a workshop entitled “Nutraceuticals: Formulation and Challenges”, which was delivered by Dr. Nawar Mikhael Toma, a lecturer in the Department of Pharmaceutics.\u00a0The workshop covered an introduction to Nutraceuticals, which are considered a type of dietary supplement due to their increasing importance and use, as well as their supposed pharmacological effectiveness. In addition, the workshop addressed the problems associated with the manufacture and formulation of these materials in various pharmaceutical forms, and the importance of researching them as promising materials that open up new avenues for discovering their effectiveness and finding optimal ways to formulate and manufacture them in various pharmaceutical forms.”<\/span><\/p>\n
