Kathum AlKhateeb, the Dean of the College of Pharmacy-University of Baghdad\u2026.\u00a0The continuing education unit in collaboration with the quality assurance and performance evaluation division, held a workshop titled (<strong>Accreditation of Pharmacy Programs: A Journey and a Culture<\/strong>) that was presented by Prof Imad F. Btaiche, a professor and former dean at the School of Pharmacy, Lebanese American University, Lebanon, and an ACPE International Services Program (ISP) Volunteer\u00a0The workshop, held on April 26, 2023 introduced the concept of accreditation of academic programs and its impact on raising and maintaining the level of the academic program. The workshop reviewed the most important standards of international accreditation and the importance of the role of all members of the educational institution in the achievement of accredited status.
