It was mentioned that the Iraqi Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences is a leading journal with a solid scientific history and is published by the College of Pharmacy, University of Baghdad. It was established in 1979 as a semi-annual specialized scientific journal concerned with publishing research related to pharmaceutical and medical sciences. Thirty-one volumes and fifty five issues have been published so far, and according to the latest statistics last April for Scopus, 250 research papers were indexed and nearly 180 citations were obtained for the research of the College of Pharmacy Journal. Accordingly, the cite score of the journal increased from 0.2 to 0.9.
