Under the supervision of the dean of the College of Pharmacy, assistant professor Dr. Sarmad Hashim al-Khatib, the continuing education unit held an attendance workshop entitled (Real drug consultations and how to deal with them scientifically), which was delivered by Assistant Professor Dr. Dhia Jabbar Kadhum, teaching and head of the clinical pharmacy department.\u00a0The lecture included an introduction to the importance of the pharmacist’s role in providing medical consultation to patients and how to respond to a consultation request in a scientific manner and using approved scientific sources.\u00a0The workshop also included the presentation of real examples of a number of consultations and the best way to respond and deal with them and the presentation of a number of scientific sources used medically to search for medical information.<\/span><\/p>\n
