Under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Pharmacy, Assistant Professor Dr. Sarmad Hashem Al-Khatib, the Scientific Affairs Unit at the College of Pharmacy \/ University of Baghdad held a scientific seminar delivered by Dr.Mohammed Yawuz jamal \/ Clinical Pharmacy Department.The workshop aims to evaluate patients with RA who used a biological drug (adalimumab). The scientific seminar showed that a big percentage of arthritic patients get a decrease in the effect or abolished therapeutic effect to biological Adalimumab<\/strong> (ADA) treatment. The reason for the decrease in the effect is an immune reaction. The body creates Immune-globulin IG to react to drug. <\/strong>The lecture included various axes, such as an introduction about Rheumatoid arthritis (RA)\u00a0\u00a0 with examples of them, the type of treatment they used to treat RA, and the world regulations for their design, manufacturing, and sales of these drugs.<\/span><\/p>\n
