Under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Pharmacy, Assistant Professor Dr. Sarmed H. Kathum AlKhateeb, the Continuing Education Unit, in cooperation with the Division of Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation in the College of Pharmacy\/University of Baghdad, organized a training workshop on performance evaluations for faculty and staff for the academic year 2022-2023. The workshop was presented by Dr. Kawther Khalid Ahmed, chair of the Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation Division, and Mr. Wassem Jamal Ibrahim.\u00a0The workshop discussed different aspects related to performance evaluation and clarified the notifications received from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research through the university regarding field visits by ministerial teams. The workshop also highlighted weaknesses that needed to be addressed in the previous academic and performance evaluations of new recruits.\u00a0The workshop aimed to clarify the sections of performance evaluation forms and their implications for furthering faculty and staff performance.<\/span><\/p>\n
