Assistant Professor Dr. Sarmed H. Kathum Alkhateeb, the Dean of the College of Pharmacy\/ University of Baghdad, participated in a special course for general managers at the National Center for Administrative Development and Information Technology at the Ministry of Planning on Thursday, November 23. It is worth mentioning that this course was held under the direction of the Prime Minister, Engineer Mohammed Shia’ Al Sudani.\u00a0The course was presented by a group of specialized lecturers and covered various topics. Among the key themes discussed in the course were modern leadership methods, strategic planning, international cooperation, negotiation skills, etiquette and administrative manners, decision-making in crises, personal security, and cyber security.\u00a0On the last day of the course, participants presented their experiences during the assumption of their duties through a research paper subject to discussion and evaluation.<\/span><\/p>\n
