Under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Pharmacy, Associate Professor Dr. Sarmed H. Kathum Alkhateeb, the Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Unit at the University of Baghdad\/College of Pharmacy, held an in-person workshop about \u201cHow to be an Influential and Effective Person,” delivered by Assistant Professor Taghreed Nizam Al-Din Omar and Lecturer Shaima Louay at the Pharmaceutical Chemistry. The workshop aimed to introduce the correct foundations for building a strong personality and address the components of a strong personality and the repercussions of a strong personality on those around them. The workshop included several topics, such as the importance of following distinctive methods in dialogue, how to bear responsibility, and the necessity of setting a goal in life and always remembering that practice makes the individual master of what they have learned or trained on. Some Iraqi and Arabic figures were also mentioned, such as the international Iraqi engineer Zaha Hadid, the international doctor Magdi Yaqoub, and others.\u200b<\/span><\/p>\n
