Kathum Alkhateeb, the Scientific Affairs Unit at the University of Baghdad\/College of Pharmacy, held an in-person scientific seminar on \u201cControlling the Symptoms of Chronic Sinusitis and Methods of Treatment Surgically or by Medicines,\u201d delivered by Nourhan Ali, the MSc student at the Clinical Pharmacy Department. The seminar aimed to introduce the definition of chronic sinusitis in addition to pathophysiology, motivating factors, diagnostic methods, and treatment. The seminar included various topics such as raising awareness about the symptoms of the disease, the types of triggers that increase the severity of these symptoms, determining the type of condition using diagnostic methods, and determining the method of surgical or pharmaceutical treatment depending on the diagnosis and therapeutic response of the patient.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Pharmacy, Associate Professor Dr. Sarmed H.
