Risperidone is described for the short-term management of acute manic or mixed episodes linked to bipolar disorder.This study included attempts to enhance the dissolution rate and solubility of risperidone by solid-dispersion system using different polymers. Risperidone solid dispersion optimum formula was prepared as risperidone chewable jelly.
