Under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Pharmacy, Associate Professor Dr. Sarmed H. Kathum Alkhateeb, the Continuing Education Unit, and the Psychological Counseling and Guidance Unit at the College of Pharmacy\/University of Baghdad held an in-person workshop on (Fighting Laziness and Dependence, which was delivered by Assistant Professor Taghreed Nizam al-Din Omar, a faculty member at the Pharmaceutical Chemistry Department. The workshop focused on the most common problems in our lives, which are laziness and the inability to continue and strive towards our goals, and diagnosing the reasons for this. The necessity of breaking bad habits, organizing daily routines, and paying attention to our diet and sports were also addressed. Through this workshop, light was shed on the methods that can be followed to get rid of everything mentioned above, and a discussion was also opened with the attendees to hear the opinions and situations they experienced.<\/span><\/p>\n
