Under the supervision of Associate Professor Dr. Sarmed H. Kathum AlKhateeb, the Dean of the College of Pharmacy-University of Baghdad\u2026.The Continuing Education Unit organized, in collaboration with the Quality Performance Evaluation Division at the Faculty of Pharmacy,an e-training workshop entitled “Quality Assurance in Education\u201d\u00a0It was given by our guest Professor Nasser Al-Sharif, Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy of the Lebanese American University and Member of the American Pharmaceutical Faculties Accreditation Board.The workshop included several themes where it reviewed the importance of quality in higher education and the role of accreditation institutions in raising and sustaining the level of the educational programme.\u00a0The main objectives of this workshop were to promote a culture of quality and to publicize the importance of academic accreditation institutions and their role in developing accreditation standards.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
