Under the patronage of the President of the University of Baghdad, Professor Dr. Bahaa Ibrahim Insaf. The activities of the annual music festival for the students of the University of Baghdad commenced on Tuesday, April 8, 2025, organized by the Student Activities Division in collaboration with the Artistic and Cultural Activities unit. The College of Pharmacy stood out as one of the top participants in the festival, where student Raya Paulis Sada delivered an outstanding musical performance that impressed both the judges and the audience, earning her first place in the solo musical performance category. The festival witnessed wide participation from students of various university faculties, who presented diverse musical and vocal performances inspired by traditional Iraqi heritage as well as modern music in a competitive atmosphere that reflected the cultural and artistic diversity within the university campus. The organizers of the festival praised the high level of talent showcased by the students, affirming that such events play a vital role in nurturing student creativity and encouraging expression beyond academic studies. The festival concluded with an award ceremony honoring the winners and participants, in the presence of academic and artistic figures, celebrating the success of the event and its cultural and artistic goals.
