The workshop aimed to clarify the functions of the Continuing Education Unit at the college, explain the complementary relationship with the Ibn Sina E-Learning Unit, clarify how to collaborate with the academic and administrative departments and units at the college and develop a unified vision to enhance the efficiency of programs and training courses.
The workshop included several topics firstly: the tasks of the Continuing Education Unit include organizing workshops, training courses, and development programs. Secondly: the tasks of the Ibn Sina E-Learning Unit include activating educational platforms, preparing digital curricula, monitoring blended learning, and organizing online workshops with the Continuing Education Unit. Lastly: the work of the administrative and academic units, which provide academic and logistical support for the educational and administrative process and work in integration with the Continuing Education and Ibn Sina Units to facilitate training programs.
The workshop concluded that Academics should encourage online workshops, as they help strengthen communication with local and international educational institutions.
