Under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Pharmacy, Professor Dr. Sarmed H. Kathem Alkhateeb, the Human Rights Unit at the College of Pharmacy/ University of Baghdad, organized an interactive activity titled “Wall of Tolerance” on the occasion of the International Day for Tolerance.
The activity included the creation of two dedicated tolerance walls, where students contributed by writing quotes and positive messages reflecting the values of tolerance, acceptance, respect for differences, and the promotion of a culture of peace within the university campus.
This activity aimed to raise students’ awareness of the importance of global tolerance and its role in building a safe, open, and inclusive academic environment that encourages peaceful coexistence.
The active participation of students reflected the spirit of social responsibility that the college seeks to instill within its educational environment. This activity is part of a series of initiatives adopted by the college to promote humanitarian values and strengthen principles of positive communication among students.
