Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Pharmacy, Prof. Dr. Sarmed H. Kathem Alkhateeb, the University of Baghdad College of Pharmacy hosted the five-a-side football team of the College of Islamic Sciences/University of Baghdad on Thursday, 4/12/2025. As part of this event, the Student Activities Division at the College of Pharmacy organized a friendly five-a-side football match on the college’s sports field.
The match aimed to strengthen cooperation between the university’s colleges, promote positive interaction among students, and support extracurricular activities that foster team spirit, responsibility, and collaborative work.
The event witnessed a lively and enthusiastic atmosphere, highlighted by sportsmanship and mutual respect. Both teams delivered an admirable performance, while the presence of students and faculty contributed to creating an engaging and supportive environment.
At the end of the match, the Student Activities Division expressed its appreciation to the College of Islamic Sciences for their valued participation, affirming the College of Pharmacy’s commitment to continuing such joint sporting events that enhance cooperation among university students and support athletic engagement across the campus.
