All newly admitted students to our college (First Stage) must submit the following documents in order to complete the registration process:

  1. Original High School Certificate + 3 color photocopies.

  2. Original Medical Examination Report + 1 color photocopy.

  3. Civil Status ID or Unified National ID (front and back on the same page) — 3 color copies.

  4. Nationality Certificate2 color copies
    (not required if the Unified National ID is provided).

  5. Residence Card (front and back on the same page) — 1 color copy.

  6. Parents’ Civil Status ID and Nationality Certificate or Unified National ID (father and mother, front and back on the same page) — 1 color copy.

  7. Eight (8) recent personal photos with a white background.

  8. Student School ID Card.

  9. Death certificate of the father, if applicable.

  10. A CD (compact disc) containing all the above documents (except the school ID card).

  11. Payment receipt from the college Accounts Division confirming the completion of registration fees.
