Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Pharmacy, Professor Dr. Sarmed H. Kathem Alkhateeb, the Student Activities Division at the University of Baghdad, College of Pharmacy, organized a competitive match on Wednesday, 7/12/2025, between the fourth-year team and the second-year team as part of the Five-a-Side Football Championship on the college’s sports field, amid enthusiastic and highly anticipated attendance from students.
The match was intense and closely contested from the very beginning, ending in a 5–5 draw after an impressive performance by both teams. The winner was then decided through penalty shoot-outs, which secured the victory and advancement of the fourth-year team. The strong support and encouragement from the attending students positively reflected on the players’ performance and team spirit, adding excitement and energy to the match.
