Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Pharmacy, Prof. Dr. Sarmed H. Kathem Alkhateeb, the Student Activities Division at the University of Baghdad/College of Pharmacy, organized the final match of the Tennis Championship on Thursday, 18 December 2025, at the college court. The event witnessed the participation of eight students and was held in a competitive atmosphere that reflected students’ enthusiasm and strong sporting spirit.
The final match featured a strong encounter between student Mohammed Hussam and his colleague student Tahseen Ahmed, both from the third stage, where both players demonstrated a high technical level and excellent performance. The match concluded with Mohammed Hussam securing a well-deserved victory by two sets to none, in a game marked by excitement and good organization.
This championship comes as part of a series of sporting activities organized by the College of Pharmacy to support extracurricular activities, enhance cooperation and positive competition among students, and encourage them to engage in physical activity alongside their academic journey, contributing to the creation of an integrated and supportive university environment that nurtures young talents.
