Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Pharmacy, Prof. Dr. Sarmed H. Kathem Alkhateeb, the University of Baghdad College of Pharmacy hosted two teams from the College of Political Science at Al-Mustansiriyah University (first- and third-year students) on Tuesday, December 23, 2025, where the Student Activities Unit at the College of Pharmacy organized a friendly match on the college’s sports field.
This match was held to promote sportsmanship and strengthen bonds among students from different colleges, encourage physical activity, and enhance student participation in university sports events.
The match was played in a friendly yet competitive atmosphere, reflecting a high level of cooperation and discipline between the two teams. Furthermore, a number of students and faculty members attended and cheered on the players, emphasizing the importance of such activities in supporting university life and building positive relationships among students.
At the end of the match, the Student Activities Division expressed its appreciation for the participation of both teams, wishing them continued success and affirming its commitment to organizing and hosting various sporting events.
