Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Pharmacy, Professor Dr. Sarmed H. Kathem Alkhateeb, the Student Activities Division at the University of Baghdad/College of Pharmacy organized a friendly five-a-side football match on Monday, April 13, 2026, on its field. The match brought together the first-stage team from our college and the first-stage team from Al-Mamoun College of Pharmacy.
The match witnessed intense competition and excitement until the final moments, as regular time ended in a draw between both teams. The game was ultimately decided by a penalty shootout, with our college team securing the victory, in a match that saw notable student attendance and lively engagement, creating an energetic and enthusiastic atmosphere.
This match comes as part of a series of sports activities organized by the college to promote sportsmanship and foster healthy competition among students from different colleges.
