The University of Baghdad/ College of Pharmacy had the pleasure of welcoming a delegation of faculty members and students from the College of Pharmacy at the University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa, as part of a scientific and recreational visit aimed at strengthening academic communication and providing an opportunity to explore the academic experience, university environment, and diverse student and social activities within our college.

The delegation was received by Associate Dean for Scientific and Student Affairs,, Prof. Dr. Munaf H. Zalzala, the Head of the Media and Government Communication Division, Lecturer Mais Fadhel Al-Sarraf, along with several faculty members.

The visit included a guided tour across the college premises, covering lecture halls, scientific laboratories, and sports facilities, in addition to observing various student-led activities and events. The delegation also learned about the experience of the Student Research Club and Pharm D students, highlighting their scientific initiatives and developmental activities that enhance practical skills and academic growth. Furthermore, they were introduced to the awareness and volunteer campaigns organized by our students, which reflect a strong spirit of teamwork, community engagement, and humanitarian responsibility.

This visit aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 4 and Goal 17, by enhancing the quality of education and fostering effective academic partnerships that contribute to the development of the scientific environment and support student innovation. At the conclusion of the visit, the delegation expressed their happiness and appreciation for the warm reception and organization, praising the high academic standards and the diversity of student activities hosted by the college.
