The University of Baghdad College of Pharmacy continues to achieve distinguished scientific accomplishments through the advancement of the Iraqi Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences to the second quartile (Q2) in Scopus, achieving a cite score of 2.6, reflecting the journal’s continuous development and its advanced scientific standing.
This achievement is the result of the dedicated efforts of the journal’s editorial board and its staff, and it serves as evidence of the quality of the published scientific research and the college’s commitment to enhancing scientific output in accordance with internationally recognized academic standards.
This achievement aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 3: Good Health and Well-Being, through supporting and publishing scientific research that contributes to knowledge development and the advancement of healthcare and Goal 4: Quality Education, by promoting research excellence and providing a reputable academic platform for the publication of scientific outputs, thereby supporting the higher education and innovation environment and contributing to community service.
