A number of faculty members from the University of Baghdad, College of Pharmacy, who are responsible for overseeing the summer training program, met under the chairmanship of Assistant Professor Dr. Samer Imad Mohammed, Head of the Clinical Pharmacy Department, on Monday, May, 2026, as part of the College’s ongoing efforts to enhance the training process and strengthen the quality of pharmaceutical education.
The meeting included a comprehensive review of the electronic application, highlighting its features and functionalities, including the ability to record training activities, conduct periodic assessments, and monitor students’ progress and completion rates, as well as explaining the procedures for using the platform by students, training pharmacies, and faculty members, ensuring seamless communication and organized, effective information exchange.
This initiative aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 4: Quality Education, through the development of an advanced educational and training environment that equips students with the professional competencies required for their future careers, and Goal 3: Good Health and Well-being, by contributing to the preparation of qualified pharmacists capable of providing more efficient and effective healthcare services.
