Under the patronage of the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Sarmed H. Kathem Alkhateeb, the University of Baghdad, College of Pharmacy, successfully conducted the competitive exam for applicants seeking admission to the PhD and Master’s programs across the scientific departments, as well as the Professional Higher Diploma in Industrial Pharmacy, for the 2026–2027 academic year. The exam was supervised by the Associate Dean for Scientific Affairs and Students, Prof. Dr. Munaf Hashim Abdulrazzaq, while the Dean conducted an inspection tour of several exam halls to monitor the examination process. Approximately 230 applicants participated in the competitive examination, competing for admission to the PhD and Master’s programs, in addition to the Professional Higher Diploma in Industrial Pharmacy. The examination was held across four examination halls in a well-organized, comfortable, and quiet environment, in accordance with the instructions issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and communicated by the University Presidency. Following the examination, admission interviews were conducted by committees formed within the scientific departments to evaluate the applicants and fulfill one of the admission requirements for the postgraduate programs
