Under the supervision of the Honorable Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Assistant Professor Dr. Sarmad Hashim Al-KhatibThe Rehabilitation and Employment Unit at the College of Pharmacy held an attendance workshop entitled (Leadership and Innovation in the Establishment of Small Projects) presented by the engineer and consultant in business innovation, “Assistant lecturer . Muhannad Salah”, in charge of the Training Unit at Wasit University. In which he discussed the significance of training, establishing small projects, and selecting an appropriate project idea through the lens of leadership, innovation in the workplace, and unconventional thinking in order to find appropriate solutions to societal problems. The workshop also included an examination of the concept of small projects in order to determine how to develop economic strategies for the concept prior to beginning its implementation on the ground. The workshop also featured a distinguished presence and interaction for many of our dear students at various developmental phases in order to prepare them for their future and professional lives in a variety of practical ways.
