Under the supervision of the respected Dr. Sarmad Hashem Al-Khatib, Assistant Professor and Dean of the College of Pharmacy. The Continuing Education Unit held a workshop entitled ” The correct uses of essential oils “, which was delivered by Dr. Nabaa M. Ibrahim, a lecturer in the Department of Pharmacognosy. The workshop dealt with defining essential oils in terms of their importance, their increasing use, and the supposed pharmacological efficacy attributed to them. In addition to this, the workshop dealt with the correct uses of essential oils due to their importance in treating many health problems that affect hair and skin.
