Under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Pharmacy, Associate Professor Dr. Sarmed H. Kathum Alkhateeb, the Scientific Affairs Unit at the University of Baghdad/College of Pharmacy, held an in-person scientific seminar on the chemical language modeling design, delivered by pharmacist Lubna Laith Taha, the MSc student at the Pharmaceutical Chemistry Department. The scientific seminar aimed to identify chemical language modeling, the programs used, the steps of modeling, and the benefits of it.The seminar included several topics, such as the important scientific objectives for the exploration of chemical space in order to discover new drugs and materials and the illustration of modern language models that have an impact on research on chemistry and molecular design.
