Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Pharmacy, Associate Professor Dr. Sarmed H. Kathem Alkhateeb, and with the supervision of several faculty members from the Clinical Laboratory Sciences Department, a group of second-year students from the College of Pharmacy/University of Baghdad conducted a field visit to the Natural History Research Center and Museum at the University of Baghdad. The activity included a visit to the center, where the students attended a lecture on natural history, studying various species of living organisms throughout geological eras and methods of preserving them. The students were also introduced to different models of taxidermied animals, as well as collections of insects and plants that represent the natural history of wildlife in Iraq.
