Under the patronage and direct supervision of the Dean of the College….The Media and Public Relations Unit, in cooperation with the Women’s Empowerment and the Support Committee for student Volunteering for our dear students, has established an awareness-raising voluntary activity. Under the slogan “Breast Cancer between Early Detection, Causes and Treatment” the activity included several events, the first of which was a lecture delivered by the manager Early Detection Clinic for Breast Cancer in Al -Kadhimya hospital Then an art exhibition of our dear students was opened, including paintings and handwork related to the occasion, a charitable bazar and scientific posters talked about everything related to breast cancer from the need for early detection and prevention to different treatment methods, made by numbers of students under the supervision of their teachers. All followed by a tour by students and their teachers to distribute awareness leaflets in the surrounding colleges and the target group was female staff and some women are passers-by, and it was fun and useful day, because the usefulness of these activities is far from their main purpose, it strengthens students’ relationship with their teachers and break the routine of the school day and encourage their talents and small projects.
