Under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Pharmacy, Professor Dr. Sarmed H. Kathem Alkhateeb, a group of faculty members from the he Clinical Pharmacy Department organized the second field visit with fourth-year (Pharm-D) students, to the Medical City Directorate/ Baghdad Teaching Hospital / Antibiotic Resistance Control Unit on Thursday, January 30, 2025.The visit included listening to a lecture given by the certified trainer Ahmed Muhammad Nujoud, through which he introduced the attendees to the importance of preventing infectious diseases and the procedures and means capable of limiting the transmission of infectious diseases within hospitals, ensuring the protection of patients as well as hospital staff from the risk of these diseases.
