Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Pharmacy, Professor Dr. Sarmed H. Kathem Alkhateeb, the College of Pharmacy/ University of Baghdad hosted the team from the College of Political Science/ Al-Mustansiriyah University in a five-a-side football match on the college’s fields on Tuesday, December 9, 2025.
The match witnessed an enjoyable sporting atmosphere and strong competition between the two teams, concluding with a 6–4 victory for the College of Pharmacy in a game marked by enthusiasm and high-level performance.
This match comes as part of a series of activities aimed at strengthening communication among students and supporting initiatives that contribute to developing physical skills and teamwork. The event also saw a notable attendance from members of both colleges, who praised the technical level demonstrated by the players.
The attendees commended the outstanding performance demonstrated by the College of Pharmacy team during the match, while also praising the high sportsmanship shown by the College of Political Science team for their commitment and cooperation.
