Under the auspices of the Honorable Dean of the College of Pharmacy, Associated Professor Sarmed H. Kathum , a group of faculty members supervised a group of fifth-stage students of the College of Pharmacy / University of Baghdad on a scientific visit to the health center in Bab Al-Moadham, where the students were briefed on the activities carried out by the center, starting from the pharmacy in the center, where the pharmacist The person in charge of it provided an explanation about the medicines available in the center, as well as the vaccines and the method of preserving them. The vaccination officer also gave a full explanation of the types of vaccines available, the methods of giving them, the timing for each vaccine, the schedule for the child, and the information recorded in the vaccine card. The students also visited the laboratory located in the center and looked at the laboratory analyzes that the center performs for patients. The laboratory official conducted a blood type test for one of the students and explained the method to them. The students expressed their interaction through the discussions and questions that were asked. It is worth mentioning that the visit took place on Monday, corresponding to 20/2/2023, and it was a fruitful visit, from which the students expressed their benefit.
