Under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Pharmacy, Associate Professor Dr. Sarmed H. Kathem Alkhateeb, the Scientific Affairs Unit at the College of Pharmacy/University of Baghdad held a scientific seminar delivered by Ph.D. student Noor Mohammed Abdulrahman on Clinical Pharmacy Department. The workshop aims to find the genetic polymorphisms of both CYP24A1 and VDR and their relationship with disease severity. The lecture included various axes, such as an introduction about osteoporosis (OP), pathophysiology, and the type of treatment used to treat the OP, in addition to the analysis of investigations that were made with the patients who met inclusion criteria.
