The Faculty of Pharmacy organized the second vigil in support of our brothers in Palestine on Wednesday morning, October 18, 2023, in response to the savage attack of Zionists on Baptist Hospital and in response to the directives of Prime Minister Mohammed Shia’a Al-Sudani and Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Dr. Naim Yasser Al-Aboodi. Many faculty members and students who met in the deanship’s courtyard participated in this event to express their rejection and condemnation of the attack on our brothers at the above-mentioned hospital in the Gaza Strip in Palestine. During this stand, the Palestinian flags and expressive placards were raised to condemn this brutal attack, and the respected media unit official presented an expressive speech full of jailbreaks condemning the inhumane practices of our brothers in Palestine. And it’s a humanitarian catastrophe on different scales. This initiative is part of our college’s permanent approach to supporting humanitarian issues in all moral or material ways and expressing the nobility of our faculty members and our students and their constant preparedness for all that is best in any case.
