Under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Pharmacy, Associate Professor Dr. Sarmed H. Kathum Alkhateeb, the Supporting Committee for Volunteer Work, in cooperation with volunteer team students and with the contribution of a group of faculty members and staff of the College of Pharmacy/University of Baghdad, organized a volunteer campaign to visit the l-Suleikh Orphanage. The campaign included a dinner for 30 children from 6 to 12 years of age, including 40 dinner meals and sweets. The students of the volunteer team took part in the Eid evening with the children by holding a football match. The campaign aimed to draw joy and happiness to the faces of orphaned children and share the joy of Eid al-Fitr.
