The University of Baghdad hosted the first conference for technological and scientific incubators. The event was held under the patronage and attendance of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Professor Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, and the Ministry’s Undersecretary, Professor Dr. Haider Abdul Thahed, along with members of the Parliamentary Education Committee, presidents of Iraqi universities, deans of colleges, and directors of rehabilitation and employment units from all Iraqi universities.
Our college was represented by Assistant Professor Dr. Omar Saad Saleh, head of the Rehabilitation and Employment Unit. The distinguished conference yielded fruitful insights into utilizing knowledge economy and sustainable development to enhance the ministry’s and our university’s economy by employing ideas and outputs of our students and transforming them into products in the job market.
