The College of Pharmacy won third place in the results of the annual evaluation of the University of Baghdad colleges of scouting activities and voluntary work. This evaluation came after the presentation of many varied voluntary works inside and outside the college, supervised by the Supporting Committee for Volunteerism and participated in by students, faculty members and associates of the college under the direct portonage of the Dean of the college, Associate Professor Dr. Sarmed H. Kathem Alkhateeb, as these works were different in their activities and varied and involved the planting of parks, visiting orphanages and persons with disabilities, familiarizing themselves with the conditions of the elderly, and providing the most basic needs for living well. It also included providing food baskets for students in the internal student housing complexes and during Ramadan. The total amount disbursed to donations was more than 5 million ID, and the committee aspires in the future to develop ideas of volunteerism to contribute to the service of our dear country.
