About Postgraduate study: 

Postgraduate studies were introduced in the college in the academic year 1972/1973, where a study plan was set to start a master’s degree in four scientific disciplines in the college: pharmaceutical chemistry, pharmacognosy, pharmacology and toxicology, and pharmaceutics. The different scientific departments in the college have been developing their study plans for a master’s degree to keep up with advances in the field. In the year 1975/1976, a doctoral study was started in pharmaceutical chemistry department, and then a doctoral study was developed in the rest of the different disciplines in the college.
