In an effort under the direct supervision of the deanship of the college to keep up with the new advances and within the context of the great renaissance in the Faculty of Pharmacy/University of Baghdad at the constructional and educational levels, the Faculty of Pharmacy has held workshops for the faculty’s teaching members on the Student Response System program. It is a sophisticated program using a specific tool (clicker) applied in many international universities that aims to make the educational process both interactive, non-traditional, and stimulating for the student and the lecturer. The workshops presented by assistant lecturer Ahmad Hussein have several axes, including the method of preparing questions, the simulation of conducting the test in the classroom, as well as collecting and saving the results. At the same time, in-person workshops were presented by lecturer Dr. Nawar Michael for students in the second, third, and fourth stages, including a detailed explanation of the program and a practical application for its use in taking exams, to ensure the optimal use of this program by the students in order to achieve the success of this pioneering and first-of-its-kind educational experience in Iraq.
