Sponsored and attended by Dean of the College of Pharmacy, Associate Professor Dr. Sarmed H. Kathum Alkhateeb, the Supporting Committee for Volunteer Work, in collaboration with students from the volunteer team, organized a visit to the Al-Wihda Student Housing Complex located in Bab Al-Moadham on Wednesday, March 13, 2024. The purpose was to provide food baskets to the resident students, totaling 70 food baskets, coinciding with the blessed month of Ramadan, as part of the voluntary campaign in which a group of faculty members and staff from the college participated. The visit included a meeting with the housing administration to assess the students’ needs, check on their conditions, and distribute the baskets to students from our college and other colleges. This campaign is part of a series of campaigns organized by the college to support students residing in student housing complexes and alleviate their living expenses. The students expressed deep gratitude and appreciation for this initiative, which aimed to ensure their well-being and living conditions.
