The great historian Dr. Ali Al-Nashami was received by Associate Professor Dr. Sarmed H. Kathum Alkateeb, the Dean of the College, accompanied by his administrative affairs Assistant, Associate Professor Dr. Shihab Hattab Mutlag, and the officer of the Media and Public Relations Unit of the College. During the meeting, several issues related to the history of pharmacy were discussed throughout ancient times, and it was discussed and coordinated to hold a series of educational seminars for intellectual enrichment on the history of pharmacy and the role of the ancient Mesopotamia in it, and the identification of the origin of symbols and the most prominent figures related to pharmacy, as well as refuting a number of misinformation transmitted by the times and not attributed to confirmed sources. In conclusion, Mr. Dean thanked and appreciated Dr. Al-Nashmi for this dignified visit in the hope of benefiting from this scientific strength in identifying the intellectual product of Iraqi civilization.
