Dr. Ali Aziz Ali, a faculty member at the Clinical Pharmacy Department, was awarded the best poster award for joint research for a team of 14 countries from Asia and the Middle East at the FIP -world Pharmaceutical Conference held in Spain from 18 to 21 September. The research assessed the mental wellbeing of undergraduate students in pharmacy colleges from 14 countries, and the study was based on the following variables: the role of gender, lifestyle, health, and academic factors. Regular exercise routine, full vaccination status, high academic performance, primary interest in pharmacy study, and non-confrontation are believed to be linked to a higher level of students’ ability to persevere in the face of adversity and are proposed as a key feature As an essential quality of academic achievement.
