Under the guidance of Associate Professor Dr. Sarmed H. Kathum AlKhateeb, the Dean of the University of Baghdad-College of Pharmacy, the Continuing Education Unit, organized a workshop with the title (How to Write a Good CV, which was provided by lecturer Dr. Ali Azeez Al-Jumaili from the Clinical Pharmacy Department. The workshop included two main sections: The first was about how to write a good CV, which can benefit job and postgraduate study applications, and the second was about how to write an official email. The workshop targeted the students of pharmacy colleges in Iraq, particularly the 5th and 4th year students, since they need to have their own CVs to apply for jobs in pharmaceutical companies. A professional CV and official email are two essential tools required for job applications in the competitive market. The presenter also answered the attendee’s questions about other topics such as LinkedIn account and cover letter.
